  • Shipping & Delivery

    At Toolingindia (Pioneer Toolkraft pvt.Ltd), we provide to achieve fast, safe and reliable shipping of products to the customer. To achieve this, we do inspections, ensure quality packaging, partnered with most of the top courier and logistics partners and communicate shipping status to the customer at each stage of shipment. Our logistic partners are Blue Dart, FedEx,Gati and TrackOn.

    Once your order is placed, we will keep you updated on your registered email address every step of the way. On successful shipment of the order, detailed tracking information will be emailed to you. By visiting your account on Toolingindia you can check the status of shipment at its each stage from order placed to processed to dispatch and deliver.

    NOTE: Delivery time mentioned on product or website is estimated. Actual delivery time is based on the availability of product, address where the product is to be delivered and courier companies rules.

  • Returns & Replacements

    We offer returns or replacement within 15 days of delivery of the order. If the product or order received by you is damaged it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. We offer returns and replacement for the above mentioned criteria.

    Return Eligibility
    • Product must be in its original condition
    • If an product was delivered defective or damaged, it should be notified to the Customer Care team (hello@toolingindia.com) or @ +91-74900-36661 within 48 hours from the time of delivery
    • Brand packaging should remain perfect
    • Invoice should be available
    • Replacements will be done if product is available on website
    • Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted
    Returning the Product

    There are basically two ways return the product .One is to return the product to the courier partner sent by toolingindia.com. However, in some cases, return service is not offered by our Logistic Service Providers. In all such cases customer needs to send the product to us through India Post only and we will refund courier charges within 30 days since when the order is received by Toolingindia.

  • Ordering

    Ordering at Toolingindia (TI) is extremely easy. Placing your first order at Toolingindia? Please follow the above mentioned steps:

    • Enter your payment information and you are home.

  • Viewing Orders

    Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipment notification via E-mail or SMS advising you on the estimated date of delivery. You can also TRACK ORDER online. Please note tracking information may not be available for all carriers.

    Your order status is updated to you via emails and sms at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive a sms and an email with your order details. Once your order is dispatched you receive a sms with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old sms-es for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end.
